MO: Operating Unit profile

Hi

Can someone tell me where the values seen in this system profile come from? I have checked the organizations via Inventroy > Setup > Organizations > Organizations and the values do not match what I can see in LOV for the profile option. i would expect to see any organizations set up with an Operating Unit classification to only be visible. I've then checked the Organizations set up under inventory > Setup > Organizations > Parameters and again they dont necessarily match what i can see in LOV for the profile option

Can someone advise if I'm looking in wrong places?
