Does BCC in Bursting PARAMETER8 work? 11.1.1.5

Hi!
I'm attempting to use the BCC PARAMETER8 in my bursting definition, but it is not actually send the report to the address in PARAMETER8.  I have successfully CC'd someone, but have not been able to BCC.

Is PARAMETER8 bugged?
