Patch 12419392 - No catbundle.sql included

 I am patching up a system on 10.2.0.4 to 10.2.0.5 and the latest PSU patch. When i get to the PSU installation it does not include the catbundle.sql file.Usually i have the catbundle.sql from previous patches, but this is a re-installed system that i installup to 10.2.0.4 and add CPU Jan 2010 on it and then set up a test instance that i want to test my patch script on. However, doing it like this i dont get the catbundle.sql file from either the 10.2.0.5 patch or the latest PSU.

My question is,why is it not included or did i simply miss a patch here?
