Installing Oracle 11Gr2 Standard Edition with RAC

I'm preparing to install Oracle 11Gr2 Standard Edition with RAC. I know this requires me to use ASM. Does this also require HACMP or PowerHA to be used? I've read where raw devices are not supported with newer versions of ASM. If so, what is the recommended clustering software to make disks concurrent?
