Randomn Error - Self Service Benefits Open Enrollment - JTF_PREFAB_POLICY_PUB.DELETE_WSH_POLICY

I am testing the Self Service Benefits Open Enrollment for 2012 and ran into a randomn JAVA error. The error reads "ORA-01403: no data found in Package JTF_PREFAB_POLICY_PUB Procedure DELETE_WSH_POLICY" on the Dependents and Contacts Page of the Open Enrollment Train. The error does not stop me from proceeding with the enrollment. If I click on the Save and Continue button icon, the error goes away and the system lets me navigate through the remaining pages through to the enrollment elections confirmation page. It does not occur for all but have seen this error on atleast 3 out of the
