Constraint with Attribute Value (Advanced) Template

Hello,

For a product constraint rule, can the “for all items” be used in a rule where one attribute is >= another attribute. One the attributes in the rule is for a product in a class type relationship.  Normally the "for all items" can be added with the excludes/include constraint template 'Attribute Value (Advanced)'.

Is it possible to use the “for all items” for this type of constraint which does not have an exclude or include?

Attribute Attr1 >=  Rel1>ProdA>ClassA>Attr2 (for all items)
