custome package keep gets invalidated

Hi team:

Iam cursious to know what are diff possibilities that a custom package gets invalidated without any intervention, any directions where to check and why this happens.

when the program is run the package  found to be invalid,  again it has to revliadate and re run , next time when again run it found to be invalid  has to be recompiled and run


any thoughts? how to fix.
