Department Codes

HI All,

We are using Union Code field for populating departments of employee (departments like; IT, Finance, HR, Store etc). so that we can see how much of amount is consumed by each department.

I wanted to know from other members that what are the fileds they are using for department codes? or any specific field is designed for department code.
