Critical checklist for R12.1 upgrade (SCM Modules )

Dear Experts,

Please note that we have implemented the below modules for our customer , Which is running on 11.5.10 with 9i database ? The Customer is planning for the R12.1 upgrade ?

Can you please advise what are the steps pre upgrade and post upgrade steps  needs to be executed for R12.1 upgrade ?

   SCM Modules:

1.     Inventory

       2.       Purchasing

3.                 Order Management

 Your quick response in this regards will be highly aprpeciated ?
