How to add test program in R12.1.1 Application Diagnostics responsibility and what is advanced mode

How to add test program "oracle.apps.izu.oks.bde.OKSBillTermData"
in R12.1.1 Application Diagnostics responsibility under application Oracle Service Contracts ?

I saw this test name available in 11i in oracle note 402203.1 . Is the same test available in R12 also?

what is advanced mode. How to access it?

Please help me . I am new to this ..
