Is there any API to create MRP Forecast Set & Forecast?

Oracle has provided an API MRP_FORECAST_INTERFACE_PK.MRP_FORECAST_INTERFACE to create MRP Forecast Entries but i need an api to create MRP Forecast Set & MRP Forecast.
