Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. Bursting to Email.

Hi all,

I am facing issue while bursting excel attachment to Email. I am getting only empty excel files(no data).

When i tried to burst pdf output, am getting pdf files with data.

I also checked for file size its 30 kb only.

I also tried to burst the report to local folder as Excel. That is working fine.

When i tried as email, it coming as empty excel file.

Kindly help me.
