Is there a way to choose which number to dial via CTI toolbar
Hi.
I've encountered a challenge when configuring Siebel CTI (8.1.1 and CTI driver is Cisco). Let's say we have a contact who has a home number, a work number and cell number. An agent wants to dial a particular number. I know two ways to implement this
1) Via "OnField" command parameter. This requires agent to place a cursor in a field with number
2) Via @SelectedText macro. This allows to dial any selected text. Has a limitation of stripping all non-numeric chars, i.e. it seems impossible to dial "+" as international prefix.
What i want to implement however, is when an agent presses "MakeCall" on a contact with more than one number, a pop-up applet will ask him which number to dial. Is there a way to do that in Siebel ?
