Error before trying to configure Ops Center

Hello,
I'd appreciate a little help on the following:

After installing Ops Center on the very first web page just before attempting to login in for the configuration process I have the following error:
https://s10-01:9443/emoc/?username=X&error=internal_error
Oracle Enterprise Manager Ops Center services are unavailable.
Confirm all services are running and then refresh this page.
But before trying the connection I have checked that all services are on-line:
s10-01:~ # svcs -D satellite-enable
STATE          STIME    FMRI
online         18:29:06 svc:/application/scn/reportdb:default
online         18:29:07 svc:/application/scn/db:default
online         18:29:07 svc:/application/scn/uce-scheduler:default
