How do you go back to draft srs?

I have created a couple of srs and saved them as drafts but can't find them. One documnet mentioed a "draft sr region"  but I haven't been able to find this. Searching on "draft sr" or "draft sr region" in the knowledge base did not bring up anything useful. Does anyone know how to get back to a draft sr?
