SIA 7.8.2.14 QF0E79 - Danger Will Robinson, Danger!
SIA 7.8.2.14 QF0E79 would have to be one of the worst pieces of garbage to be release in recent centuries. What it will do for you:
1. If you install QF0E79 on a SWEApp server that is also an Actuate Report server it will do two things: A) Kill the report server and Kill SWEapps by changing the permissions on the binaries to replace the anonymous user permissions with the same permissions assigned to the user doing the install. The result is that any user attempting to access /start.swe will get a 401 error (ACL) and even after you fix that, reports won't work until you re-install Actuate.
