Project Budget Account Generator from Org at Resource Group

Hi,

Anyone has an experience on defining Organization at Resource Group for Project Budget Account Generator, please share your information.  As I defined, error message "ORA-20002: 3136: Item 'PABDACWF/#SYNCH' cannot be accessed while synchronous process in progress. in Package PA_BUDGET_ACCOUNT_PKG Procedure Gen_Acct_Line" has been shown.
