No Rate Error - for Non-Labor Resources.

Hi ,

When i run the "prc:dist usage & misc cost" program, it gives me the Missing Cost Rate error, but we have set-up the rate schedule for Non-Labor and the expenditure type is active and has a rate.

Can someone please advise if i am missing something.
