Auto Match method of Complex Product AutoMatch Service called from Customize button gives error
we are trying to perform changes of rate plan using API's exposed by Siebel. To perform the rate plan changes we have build a set of wrapper API's that call lower level Siebel API's. This solution does not use the GUI as the API's are called by external applications. At a high level the process to perform a rate plan change is as follows:
1. Create a modify or change proposition order
2. Customise the order with the rate plan change
3. Submit the order
While trying to update the subscription using the API when we call the Complex Product AutoMatch Service with the method Auto Match in our Workflow that updates the Order the report does not flag an error, however when it is called from the "Customize" button then it does report an error.
