How to find which patch has been applied on standalone BIP

Hi All,
I would like to know how to determine the patch number applied for the BI Publisher service.
For Eg. If the person who was in my role before deployed the BIPublisher. He left the job and I am not aware which patch he has used for  the .war or .ear files from, how can I determine this.

Te be specific, if BI Publisher is deployed using the .war or .ear files from patch 10391416, where is this information stored and can be found.
