Export\Migration of reports in OTM 6.x

I have created BI Publisher based reports in my OTM 6.1 development instance that I would like to migrate to my QA 6.1 server.

I am tried to do a CSV export of the Doc_Format_template file and that generates an error.

If I try to do a CSV export to a remote instance I get a similar error.

The issue seems to be around the clob files.

Is there a way to do this in OTM?
