Scheduler recurrence creating new entries with wrong time
I have recently found that some of our scheduler jobs that are set up with recurrence are not running at the right times. Specifically, when the jobs are initially set up, the time is correct, and all the F91320 records are correct as well. When the job runs, the next record that is created is for the correct date, but the time is "re-set" to midnight, but only for the new entry. Thus, we only find out about the issue after all the original occurrences are run. Furthermore, when I go to the interactive app (P91300) to "re-set the schedule"
