Expense Management P09e2011 Time Entry not hidden per Processing Option setup

Recently applied ESU JL 17167.  In JDEPY and local web dev Expense Management Testing
'Time Entry' link is visible for the tab "Advanced Search" on form W09e2011E.
It should be hidden based on the setting of Processing Options for P09E2011.

Set T09E2011, # 6 - time entry, #1 = blank (do not allow time entry)
Launch either P09e2011|ZJDE0001 or our version GPJ0001

On "View Expense Report Information" and default tab is "Simple Search" DO NOT see link to 'Time Entry'.
Click on tab "Advance Search" and see the link to 'Time Entry'.
Click on the tab "Simple Search" and DO NOT see link to 'Time Entry'.
