Not view labor costs

Hi

I´m trying to exclude labor costs from Projects Super Users (the responsibility is using menu:PA_IMP_SUPER_USER_GUI). The "super users" are supposed to be able to do everything exept view labor cost. This means they will both create and update projects.  They are NOT key members on any project. I have removed Expenditure Inquiry - ALL from the menu. I have tried to use PA.Cross prjject - Update and PA: Cross Project View in different ways. But however I do they are able to se labor costs in Expenditure Inquiry - Project.

We are implementing Project Costing and Billing R12.1.3
