Siebel 8.0.0.12 - Siebel web client URL doesn't launch after applying Siebel 8.0.0.12

Hi All,
FYI: If you are going to install Siebel 8.0.0.12, please make sure to review the Maintenance Release Guide/Readme: Note 729563.1
There are some additional steps to setup SWSE after 8.0.0.12 patch installation.
Those steps are required to avoid error message below when trying to connect to thin client:
"Unable to get the seed from binary file"
