What is a difference between Oracle Contract and Oracle Project Contracts

We are Oracle release 11.5.10.2 and have applied the Oracle basedline patch. We are planning to migrate to R12i by 4rth quaerter 2012.

We have the following questions:

We are looking for a Contract management application and would like to know the following:

 Note: We have Oracle PO, AR, GL, AP, FA and Treasury applications. Also, planning to implemeny iSupplier portal by next year.

   1- What is the difference between the Oracle Contracts and Oracle Project Contracts?

   2- If we implement the Oracle Purecurment Contracts do we need to also have Oracle Contracts/Projcet Contracts as prerequist?

   3- Do we need license for Oracle Contracts/Project Contracts or it can be used as a shared application as a part of Oracle Procuement  Contract application?
