Period exception error

Hi
I am facing a problem when i close the payable period.The error shows  APP-SQLAP 10304 Cannot Close Period - WHILE THE EXCEPTION REPORT SHOWING TWO UNACCOUNTED TRANSACTION.When i query the both invoices and these are ACCOUNTED YES and workflow approved.How can i close the period?
