How can we get our Customer into iSupport without Single Sign On?

Hello,

We are currently in the process of implementing R12.1.3 and it is causing some issues with iSupport.  In our current production 11.5.10 environment we are using Single Sign On (SSO) for our internal users and our external customers have a local login to iSupport.  Our customers do not have SSO, nor do we have any intention to make them SSO.  We thought that this would be just fine since it worked in 11.5.10, but we started our testing and ran into problems.  We logged a request with Oracle Support and their Response was:
