CRM On Demand - Supplemental Applications (MOSC)

We currently imploy a SPF record for our domain. The record defines valid outbound mail servers for our domain.  How can I obtain the IP address range that Marketing On Demand uses to send outbound email or do I have to purchase the additional email deliverability package?  I'd really rather not have to purchase something when it's simple to add the range On Demand Marketing utilizes.
