Known bug for Revenue workflows?

Is there a known issue for Revenue workflows?  I have several workflows that I need to configure when certain products are included in the Opportunity Product Revenue.  I have started small with just [<ProductId>] = 'AGAA-2HOFB9' as my condition and am not receiving the email notification.  Any assistance is much appreciated.
