Install HBA Drivers oracle vm3.0 - make not found

Hi ,
Trying to configure multipath on the new oracle vm server 3.0
Following  below steps:

General steps to configure multipathing:
...
2.Ensure that the drivers for your Host Bus Adapters (HBAs) are present. If not, install the drivers.
...

Have the qlogic adapter installed and downloaded qlafc-linux-8.02.23-3-install.tgz from qlogic site.

root@ams1-oravmp-01 qlafc-linux-8.02.23-3-install]# ./qlinstall -i

Kernel version: 2.6.32.21-38xen
Distribution: Oracle VM server release 3.0.1

Found following QLogic Adapter in the system
    1. ISP2432
Installation will begin for following driver
    1. qla2xxx version: v8.02.23

ERROR: make is not installed. Can not process further.
