Siebel 8.0.0.12 Fix Pack INSTALL WITH OCM FAILS ON WINDOWS 2008 R2

On Microsoft Windows 2008 R2, when 8.0.0.12 is installed on version 8.0 base build 20405, the OCM installer screen hangs with the following error:

"Checking swap space: 0 MB available, 500 MB required. Failed <<<<

Checking monitor: must be configured to display at least 256 colors.

Actual 65536 Passed
