upgrade 10R2 physical standby to 11R2 in NON-data guard environment

Hi,

We are using standard edtion for both primary and physical standby, we manually ship logs and apply them to standby, no data guard involved.

We are looking for step by step instructions how to uprade both primary and standby, one thing we noticed is that we have to change log file format. Any help is greatly appreciated.
