Oracle Grid Infrastructure Install on Linux

We are installing Oracle grid Infrastructure 11gR2 on Linux 5.5 and the OUI response time is very very slow and unresponsive. 

Any help would be apprecitated.

The install is local using VNC. No other processes are consuming large amounts of resources.

Getting the following types of errors in log file -

INFO: [INS-07001] Value for property 'ClusterNodes' not found in the bean store.
INFO: [INS-07001] Value for property 'oracle_install_OSDBA' not found in the bean store.
INFO: [INS-07001] Value for property 'oracle_install_OSOPER' not found in the bean store.
