Where download C4 Tape Drive's firmware ?

Hi,
i was looking for download tape drives's firmware for a C4 library but i couldn't found it.

i read the refer [ID 1013549.1]  TAPE - Finding the latest version of Firmware for Libraries and Tape Drives but the link > http://tapesupport.us.oracle.com/main.shtml it doesn't works.

Could yo please help me to find out where i can get the firmware for C4 library drives ?
