upload collection to mysuppport

I want to load configuration of a oracle instance on my support.
I already uploaded another instance 11.2.0.2.0 to my support.

I submit ./emCCR collect and i receive message "collect done" but configuration doesn't appear in my systems.

what should i check to upload collection ?
