Unable to run any diagnostic tests using the Application Diagnostic responsibility.

Hi,

No diagnostic tests can be run from our test instance. When we click on the Submit button after entering parameters values required, we are taken to the next window and an error message appears as follow:

  Unexpected error has occurred while executing the test. Please change to Developer mode to diagnose the problem.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
