Siebel Enterprise Uninstall Problem

Dear Gurus,

I have installed Siebel Enterprise on Windows 2008 R2 Standard Edition 64-bit and have configured gateway, Enterprise & SWSE profile. Due to some ODBC issues, I have tried to uninstall Gateway, Siebel Server, DB Utilities & EAI Connectors.

But the uninstall was not successful and the gateway services, shortcuts was cleared. Than I have cleared all the registry entries to my knowledge. Now the problem is, When I run the setup again, all the installation option are greyed out and showing as "INSTALLED".

If I try with different path, its allowing me to select the options. Please give me some solutions on urgent basis. Please let me know, if you required more information.
