Best way to capture joint venture share of transactions

Hi All,

Someone pls provide some suggestions to fulfill the following rquirements:

We have a holding company and a joint venture company (which we own 30% of shares in this JV)

Both Ledgers are to be setup in Oracle.

We capture transactions in JV Books. What is the best way to transfer all transactions from JV into the Holding company books, at only 30% of the total transaction amount?

Do we use SLA to fulfill this (direct posting from Sub-Modules at 30%, not sure if can be done using SLA), Consolidation function or Secondary ledger?

Appreciate feedback from all gurus here.
