Newbie qustion about removing archivelogs and Flashback database

Hi!
Im playing around with Flashback database to help our developers (and my self).

So, the database will create a lot of archive logs during the tests.

Can I remove archivelogs during the tests and still use flashback my database to an earlier time? Or do I have to keep all archive logs generated?
