OBIEE 11g BI Publisher - blue screen appears

OBIEE 11g BI Publisher
In our customer we upgraded Oracle Business Intelligence 10.1.3.3.3 to 11.1.15.
Everything works fine. Even LDAP authentications. But BI publisher not working. I am watching on EM, service is up and running but when i try to connect http://localhost:9704/xmlpserver only blue screen appears. I attached screenshots

In bipublisher.log we can see the following:
