Transaction exception in closing PA period

Hello,

While running the "EXC: Transaction Exception Details by PA Period" for PA period closing in Oracle Projects, the report output contains the following exception message:

"The Cost Collector has not processed this transaction. It will be processed when the Cost Collector program is run for the organization" for "Inventory/Project Manufacturing Exceptions".

Please suggest where to run this cost collector program and the parameters associated with it.
