Problem with pop-up windows/forms (info, error)

Hi,

we want to switch from the old forms version using jinitiator to native jave, and have set up a oracle fusion middleware server with forms 11g for that.
We have several problems, and one of the main issues is, that pop-ups like info and error windows are not shown anymore with the java native envs.

Does anyone have an idea what the problem might be? Maybe some missing configuration?
Any help is much appreciated.
