BUI unavailable, console drops to OS shell...How do I power cycle from the ILOM?

Problems with clustered 7400 (SAS I ) system.   Network down for hours, when it came up the 7000 was confused and the admin interfaces unavailable.

tried to reboot the secondary head with only a couple filesystems but now it is stuck at GRUB loading.

Appears as though the read SSD's in the primary are without lights... had problems in past with failed ssd's and BUI etc.

Suggestions?
