Multi org design Change suggestion needed for 11.5.9 to R12.1.3 upgrade

 I have a question regarding MultiORg change from Oracle E-Bus Suite 11.5.9 to Oracle E-business Suite 12.1.3. We are only using Receivables and General Ledger.
AS-IS Multiorg Design

Currently our Multi Org Structure in 11.5.9 is setup as below. We have 11 Orgs. We have no Business Group setup. Oracle is using the the default "Setup Business Group". There are some third party stake holders to which some org do the reporting. I don't think this will affect our To-Be Multiorg design.



Org1 is setup as (GRE/Legal Entity, Operating Unit, Inventory org)
Org2 is setup as (GRE/Legal Entity, Operating Unit, Inventory org)
