CST_PERIOD_CLOSE sUMMARY Table

I want to use this table to generate my report with follwing information:

Unit of Measure:- I do not see any Unit of Measure in the above mentioned table. I would like to know in which Unit of Measure rollback_quantity is stored in this table.

Item Per Unit Cost:- Can I simply divide ACCOUNTED_VALUE by ROLLBACK_QUANTITY to get Unit Cost per item?
