How the DFFs will behave if we do an upgrade from 11.5.9 to R12.1.3

 We are on R11.5.9 and we are only using Oracle GL and Oracle Receivables.

Q1. How the DFFs would behave once we do an upgrade to R12.1.3? Will this be a smooth transitions for DFFs? 
Q2. What kind of problems we can have with our DFF's in R12.1.3?
Q3. If we encounter any problems will they be easy to fix?
Q4. Any thing we need to take care of before hand so that we do not land into any problems related to DFFs? 

In Receivables we have DFFs on the following forms:
1. Accounting Distribution Information
2. Line Distribution
3. Bank Account
4. Receipt Information
