Journals (132) & (180) reports not printing correctly

We are running standard reports out of Oracle 12.1.3 and are finding that many of them are not aligning correctly.  Some have columns cut off, others have page breaks, others have spaces in between lines that should not be there.  An example of a report not printing correctly is the Journals 180 reports.  Various print styles are being used such as landwide and landwide57.  We recently upgraded from 11.5.9 to 12.1.3 but did not make any changes to these standard seeded reports.
Any ideas?
