Upgrade Oracle RAC Issue

During upgrade of clusterware to 11.2.0.2.0, it comes up with resolv.conf integrity issue, prerequisite check always show PRVF-5636 which means DNS response time for an unreachable node exceeded 15000.

I have set up two dns servers on both RAC machines, using time nslookup server1, nslookup server2, nslookup ipaddr server1 and nslookup ipaddr server2 on both machines give me result instantly which should be much less than 15000ms, Anyone can help? Can I just ignore this issue and continue installation?
