Unable to access View Accounting Events in Payables Responsibility

I have one question with regards to payables menu exclusion. I have excluded the following functions and Menus from Payables Responsibility due to which I am not able to avail the view accounting event functionality Invoice.

Invoice BatchesView Invoice Batches SummaryWithheld AmountsOpen Interface InvoicesQuick InvoicesView Quick InvoicesAP_EMPLOYEES_GUI12AP_MAINTAIN_CREDIT_CARDS_GUI12AP_APXXXEER_MENUSLA:  User Main MenuAP Accounting Periods

 

Path: Tools- View accounting Event.( It gives me an error that you don’t have the access to view this functionality please contact your system administrator)
